Warren Taylor


Warren obtained his Juris Doctor from The University of Michigan Law School in 1981, and obtained his license in Texas in October, 1981. He began his career as an associate at Butler, Binion, Rice, Cook & Knapp (later Butler & Binion) where he had the privilege of being the last associate who worked for Frank J. Knapp before his retirement. Warren left Butler & Binion in 1986 to form Floyd, Taylor & Riley, where he was a partner for nine years. He started Taylor & Taylor (now Taylor, Taylor & Russell) in 1995.

Since 1992, Warren has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law. He has frequently been selected by his peers as a “Super-Lawyer.”

He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Insurance Law and Litigation Sections of the State Bar of Texas.

Todd C. Collins


Over twenty (20) years litigation and trial experience in complex civil and commercial litigation.  Practice involves primarily arbitration, litigation and appeal of personal injury, construction and commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis in construction and business disputes. Extensive experience and representation in claims, arbitrations and litigation involving professional malpractice claims, including accountants, architects, attorneys, engineers, healthcare professionals, insurance agents, land surveyors and real estate agents.

Ernest G. Fielder

Ernest received an A.B. in Economics in 1987 from the University of Chicago.  He then worked in the Finance industry for three (3) years before enrolling in the University of Houston Law Center.  Ernest obtained his Juris Doctorate Magna Cum Laude in 1993 and was admitted to the Texas Bar Association in November of 1993.

Ernest began his legal career at Wells & Henry where he focused on defending Deceptive Trade Practices claims and creditor’s rights. In 1997, Ernest joined Butler Binion where he focused on legal malpractice defense; Ernest became a partner at Butler Binion in 1999.  In 2000, Ernest joined Glast, Phillips & Murray.

Collin D. Greene

Associate Attorney

Collin obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law School in May 2016, during which time he also clerked for Judge Rebeca Huddle at the Texas First Court of Appeals. He began his career at a prominent personal injury firm in January 2017 and joined Taylor Taylor & Russell in March 2018. Collin has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial business, collections, contract disputes, and personal injury cases.
