Amber obtained her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2018, and obtained her license in Texas in November, 2018. While in law school, Amber clerked for Justice Evelyn Keyes at the Texas First Court of Appeals. She also interned for the Department of Legal Affairs at Harris Health, the Office of Institutional Compliance at UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, the Civil Medicaid Fraud Division at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, and a litigation firm practicing business and employment law. She joined Taylor, Taylor & Russell in February 2019.
While in law school, Amber was involved in mock trial, moot court, and alternate dispute resolution. She became a certified mediator in April 2017.
