OUR PEOPLE

TAYLOR, TAYLOR & RUSSELL is led by three partners with a combined 54 years of trial experience. Warren Taylor, licensed in 1981, is Board Certified in both Personal Injury Trial and Civil Trial law. Beth Taylor, licensed in 1991, brings five years’ experience representing Plaintiffs and ten representing businesses, giving her keen insight into how both sides think. Partner Allen Russell has fourteen years of litigation experience, including numerous jury and bench trials and a number of first chair appellate arguments in state and federal courts of appeals. He handles a number of commercial disputes. Kristie Johnson, our senior associate, completed five years of judicial clerkship, having observed numerous trials and written draft opinions on a number of topics, prior to joining us in 2003.
