Courtroom Experience
Allen has focused his practice on civil litigation since he was licensed in 1992. He has handled and tried a wide variety of civil matters, including commercial business, collections, contract disputes, DTPA, "bad faith" insurance claims, and personal injury. Over forty civil cases tried to verdict.
Appellate Experience
Filed, briefed and argued numerous state and federal appeals.
